A creative blend of yoga postures, Pilates style movement and functional stability ball training, to help develop balanced strength and flexibility in all of the major muscle groups. Train to make the most of your body’s strengths as you correct imbalances. The Yoga on the Ball workout format consists of:

Section I
Flowing movements inspired by the sun salutation poses, progressing into standing and seated postures and balances. Create a fusion of mind and body by breathing deeply and evenly, and paying attention to the physical details of each movement.

Section II
An energetic warrior pose series for the lower body, transitions into core strengthening exercises and deep stretching. Integrate both the mind and body into the effort of each posture.

Modifications
With each exercise or posture we’ll demonstrate modifications to make the movement easier and variations for additional challenge.
