bar is 5 lbs. and can only support up to 40 lbs of weights)
- four 2.5 lb. rubber encased plates

A note about shipping:
- 1 - 4 sets should ship via UPS

- Note, due to the nature of this item, the bar
ships in own package at 5 lbs. and the box of weight plates ships at the 35
lb rate
