assumes no responsibility for personal injury or property damage by or through
the use of products sold by TROY Barbell & Fitness. The
TROY Barbell & Fitness warranty is extended to the original consignee
or end user only. The warranty only covers failures due to material defects or
workmanship that occur during normal use, it does not cover failures from a
result of misuse, neglect, misapplication, modification, or normal wear and
tear.
