Reminder Tips:  Keep body weight evenly distributed on both feet when lowering the body.  concentrate on balance and proper alignment.  Maintain an upright posture with tight abdominals and a natural curve in the low back.  Focus on a spot on the wall.  for the beginner, if you have problems with balance, start in a split position and just go down and up.
