U.S. Orders 

• Most orders shipping within the continental U.S. ship within one business day.
• Standard delivery is FedEx and UPS ground service.  Second & next day air service available (U.S. shipments.) 
• Standard delivery to parts of Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico is priority mode through US postal service
• $20.00 charge for NSF checks.
• US shipments can be delivered COD through UPS for an additional $10 in addition to the ship cost.
• Purchase orders must be mailed, faxed or e-mailed.  Fax # 1-800-232-9348 or 330-929-7250. 

International Shipments

• We ship to Canada only.

• We will exchange or reimburse you for the cost of an excluding freight for any item returned within 30 days. All returns must be unopened and in salable condition.

  • After 30 days a 15% restocking fee will be applied

  • After 60 days a 30% restocking free will be applied

  • No returns accepted after 90 days

  • Custom ordered items are non-returnable

  • All returns must be preapproved – please call 1.800.537.5512 to make arrangements.

Quantity Discount

• 3% Discount for orders over $500.00, 6% discount for orders over $1,000 and 9% discount for orders over $2,000.00.  Discount typically excludes online specials and Original Health Club Step products.
