U.S. Orders
- Most orders shipping within the
continental U.S. ship within one
business day.
- Standard delivery is UPS ground
service. Second & next day air service available (U.S.
shipments.)
- Standard delivery to parts of
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico is priority mode through US postal
service (priority mail or 4th class/parcel post rates.)
- Orders shipping via the post
office that require insurance (product over $50.00) are shipped
twice weekly.
- $20.00 charge for NSF checks.
- US shipments can be delivered COD
through UPS if the value of the product is over $25.00, but
under $500.00 and is shipping to a business address. If COD
service is requested and the package is refused then the
customer will be invoiced and held responsible for shipping
fees. In addition to actual shipping charges there is a
$8.50 COD fee per box. We may ask to fax a copy of the
C.O.D. order for your approval and signature BEFORE releasing
the shipment.

Shipments
- We can fax or email a quote. For

- New rates from UPS allow for more
economical delivery on larger orders with delivery available in
3 - 5 days. Fax order to 330-929-7250 and we will fax back a
quote for shipping and product. Payment can be made via credit
card, funds transfer or a check. We reserve the right
to request wire transfer of funds especially if we have
experienced a high volume of fraudulent activity in a given
area.

Office, depending on which is more economical.

Quantity
Discount
- 3% Discount for orders over
$500.00, 6% discount for orders over $1,000 and 9% discount for
orders over $2,000.00. Discount typically excludes online
specials and Original Health Club Step products.
Shipping:
Weights
- To avoid damaging other products,
weights are shipped separately. Compute total
weight to be shipped and use the chart to determine rate. Up to
60 pounds can ship in one carton. So if 100 pounds are to be
shipped, then you would take the rate for 60 pounds plus the
rate for 40 pounds. Ship cost may vary once packing materials
are added. Shipping cost discounts are available for orders
over 200 pounds - call for a quote!
