Description of the Type of Choreography Used

The following is an outline of the seven main points in the video:

  1. Technical environment and principles of water movements
  2. Fundamental skills - sculling, recovery to a standing position, body alignment
  3. Regulating intensity - short vs. long levers, flexuous (relaxed) vs. rigid moves
  4. Monitoring intensity - perceived exertion
  5. Basic Moves - explains the formula for modifying the basic moves and gives examples
  6. Workout - examples of stationary moves, jumping, walking, scissors and combinations
  7. Stretch - Tai Chi inspired, with names that conjure mental pictures of the body
