Product Description

The First Step to Active Health™ kit contains four activity steps illustrated on full color sheets, including Cardio, Flexibility, Strength Training, and Balance Training. A Program Manual explains how to begin and how to identify those activities that will help the individual improve their ability to handle daily functions. A red (light) Thera-Band® Resistance Band is included for strength training, and the pack also includes an Activity Log to track and monitor progress.

The program is intended for use by persons over 50 years of age who are physically inactive. It is targeted for recommendation and/or distribution by healthcare, therapy, and fitness providers; caregivers; and recreational activity personnel who attend or influence the daily activities of this population.
