• All Dyna-Bands and Thera--Bands are pre-printed with the brand name about every 8 inches.  Your logo will be imprinted ON TOP of that "wallpaper" print.  To print on the plain side of the band, add 10 cents per band

• Standard print is one image, one color, centered on the band

• Print are 4" x 14"

• Screen Fee is $20 and the Per Order Set-Up Fee is $10

• Camera ready art required otherwise a $25 - $50 art fee may apply.  Art may be emailed in a .pdf file to service20@fwonline.com

• Bands are bulk packed unless otherwise specified

• Folded 3' or 4' in heat sealed poly bags (bag & labor) $.25 each
• Folded 5' in heat sealed poly bags (bag & labor) $.30 each
• Folded 6' in heat sealed poly bags (bag & labor) $.32 each
• Folded 3' or 4' in zip lock bag (bag & labor) $.30 each

• One exercise guide is included with each order, not with each band.  Additional copies are 25 cents each

• We print white ink on yellow, red, green, blue and black Thera-Bands.  We print black ink on silver Thera-Bands.

• Allow 2-3 weeks processing time after approval of artwork.
