STARTING POSITION (Figure A):  Place left foot on the center of the tubing with right foot parallel.  Grasp handles at chest height with tubing in front of the body.  Establish and maintain neutral spine position.  

EXERCISE (Figure B):  Step backwards onto the ball of the right foot and lower your body down as far as you can to maintain neutral spine position.  Keep the front knee directly above the front heel.  Pause and press through front heel to return to starting position.

REPETITIONS:  10 reps on each side.
