This is yet another great DVD by Karen Voight.  It would be especially useful for those who have balls, but are not sure how to utilize them to their full potential.  In a minimal amount of time, Karen covers 3 vital muscle areas using one piece of equipment.  A perfect DVD for someone without a ton of time, but still wanted to become more toned.
