Please allow a minimum of 14 days for us to receive and process your return.  Please package the merchandise and letter securely in a quality container. Please ship your return package Postal Service Surface rate. Return shipping cost will be refunded to you in the form of a Fitness Wholesale credit memo if the ball is determined to be defective or if the item was sent in error
